It would help if you could be a bit more specific about what kinds of
drugs you are talking about. Most of the work in this area has been
done on psychotropic medications and if that is the class that you are
interested in there are probably a number of people who would be
qualified to write a chapter. Work on other types of drugs is, as far
as I know, very limited.
