Mozambique disaster, where do we stand? (24)

Many of us would probably wish to also make direct donations to local
initiatives. The cost of SWIFT international bank transactions is so
high that about half the amount of small donations (less than 100 US$)
would be lost in transaction/exchange fees. If those transaction, cur-
rent exchange fees and/or taxes would be lifted by financial institu-
tions and governments, it would make small donations much more effec-
tive. Something that would motivate many individual to directly help.
Could we elaborate a text to appeal to financial institutions and gov-
ernments to voluntarily renounce to their transaction fees/taxes re-
lated to the disaster in Mozambique (neighbour countries and islands)?
