In Norway we have only 20 mcg. Recommended dosages and frequencies
are:
Adults and children more than 10 yrs: 20 mcg initially and after 1 and
6 months Children up to 10 yrs: 10 mcg initially and after 1 and 6
months Newborn with HBsAg-positive mothers 10 mcg initially and after
1, 2 and 12 months
Immunocompromised patients and patients in dialysis: 40 mcg initially
and after 1, 2 and 6 months.
With these recommendations, you would probably need both strengths to
reduce wastage and cost.
